Family hospitality is the essence of Residence La Rotonda sul Mare owned by the Colella Family: Papa Salvatore, Mama Tina and their three sons Giuseppe, Amerigo and Lorenzo.
Each family member contributes in an unique way to the running of their family businesses: La Rotonda sul Mare, Hotel Poggio del Sole, Ring Hostel and Ristorante La Casereccia. Papa Salvatore makes liqueuers, wine, olive oil and preserves; Mama Tina’s delicious home cooked meals; Lorenzo’s famous woodfired pizza; Amerigo’s skillful maintenance and Giuseppe who assists with your every requirement while staying with the family. Nonna Assunta (Papa’s mother) can also be found in the restaurant overseeing the making of the pesto or helping Salvatore with his preserves.
