From Naples Capodichino Airport, the ports of Naples are reachable by taxi (approx. 20 Euro) or by the Alibus Shuttle Bus(3 Euro & tickets can be bought on the bus.) The Alibus stops near the Naples Castle Nuovo and is closest to the Molo Beverello Port (for hydrofoils). The Calata Porta di Massa (for ferry boats) in approx 1km to the left once you reach Beverello.
By train
Stazione Napoli Centrale (in Piazza Garibaldi) is roughly 2.5km from the port and can be reached by taxi (approx. 10 Euro) or Buses R2 or R1 (1.30 Euro & tickets can be bought in the train station at the tabbachi or at the bus stop.) Ask the bus driver which you need to take for the respective ports (they are 1km apart) 
From the port Molo Beverello (hydrofoils - Cost: 17euro, Time: 1hr) you can reach Forio directly. See timetable
Calata Porta di Massa (ferries - Cost:9euro, Time: 1.5hrs) from where you can reach Ischia Porto and then will need to catch the Bus #1 or CS to Forio Porto. Tickets can be bought on the bus stop.
Get off at bus stop #49 in Forio. As soon as you get off the bus, take the small road down to the beach (via Spinasante). Turn right in Via Fortino when you reach the water and follow the coast until you reach steps that go down and then up into a parking lot. The property has big blue doors. If you arrived directly in Forio by hydrofoil, follow the main road to the left of the port (Via Cristoforo Colombo). As you pass the beach, take the road that veers to the left (Via Chiaia) and follow this road until you reach the intersection with Via Spinasante - then follow the directions above.
